august may have arrived but summer isn't over yet (to those toting the idea of pumpkin spiced anything and sweaters already, please stop haha). love these champagne popsicle welcome libations dreamt up by the mother of the groom for p+c's napa valley rehearsal dinner and I kind of want them for every summer gathering.
